PODGORICA — Six out of ten Montenegrin citizens trust the police. However, most of the citizens at the same time believe that the corruption within this institution is relatively widespread.
The police in Macedonia is rather seen as operating as means for protection of the interests or particular groups than as a service of the citizens.
