The POINTPULSE presents results on citizens perception toward police services in the Western Balkans.

Although more than half the citizens of the Western Balkans have confidence in the police, this institution is simultaneously also considered deeply corrupt.

Kosovo Police appears to belong among the most trusted institutions. However, there is still a lot of scepticism in regard to the fight of police corruption and political influence over the police.
