NIS—Citizens’ engagement in planning and creating a budget for the local police is the main topic of the debate that will be organized on December 18.

PODGORICA—The bylaw that regulates procurement in the security sector, including police in Montenegro, will apply from 2020. 

It seems that this purchase of 322 vehicles will also be declared a secret, just like the earlier large procurement of 710 cars from September 2017.
