The study examines the possibilities and limitations of testing the integrity of police officers in Serbia.

The integrity of the police in Montenegro has been compromised. The problems of bribery and misuse of office do not stand alone; there is also excessive use of force.

Neither legal framework, nor the practice is satisfying enough to ensure integrity of police in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
